Community Tags Rework

• Proposed tags and active tags are now one scored list, and votes are kept when a tag is removed or becomes active.
• Proposing, upvoting, and downvoting tags now all grant reputation, but only once that tag becomes active (if upvoted) or removed (if downvoted).

  • Upvoting/downvoting: +1
• You now get notified when a tag you voted on (not just proposed) becomes active or is removed, with an optional email in your notification settings.
• Improved the voting modal, with active and proposed tags side by side and each proposal showing how close it is to becoming active.
• Project pages now ask whether a tag fits, so you can upvote or downvote one without opening the modal.
• Tag descriptions now open when you click a tag on project pages, cards, lists and in the modal.

• Improved the project Files tab for readability and accessibility.
• Improved page loading speed across project pages.
