Abilities
Adds numerous Abilities that can be purchased using Skill Points.
HOW IT WORKS
During the gameplay of playing the game or after completing specific tasks, you will earn some Skill Points. With these, you can unlock various Abilities. The Abilities are gathered into different sections based on what aspect of the game they apply to. These are main categories:
- Defense
- Combat
- Mining
- Agility
- Extras
SKILL POINTS
Skill Points are a "currency" that can't be traded between players or turned into physical items, but is acquires doing the normal gameplay, although there are specific tasks that will grant you some Skill Points. Those are:
- Mining
- Defeating Mobs/Players
- Completing Advancements
- Collecting XP
- Receiving Damage
WARNING: Dying will set you back of some Skill Points.
ABILITIES
All of the Abilities are too long to write here, but they either simplify the classic gameplay or directly change it or give you absurd powers and some of the Abilities also have different tiers. For example, Double Jump can be upgraded to also deal splash damage when landing, or Dodge can also be upgraded to deal a Critical Strike when dodging an attack.
TIP: Press R to browse all the Abilities
SPECIAL ABILITIES
Some Abilities have a special function that is associated to a keybind. These are:
- Fireball ~ Launch a Fireball (Can be upgraded to increase Fireball size)
- Teleportation ~ Teleport to the block you are looking at
- Mind Control ~ Mind control a mob to move to a specific location
- Pocket Dimension ~ Teleport to a custom dimension with new blocks, trees, fluid, armor and tools. While you're in the dimension, you can craft tools and armor with different materials and the tools, while having around the same power as iron tools, have a faster reload time. (Can be upgraded to increase time spent in the dimension)
- Double Jump ~ Double press SPACE to jump twice (Can be upgraded to deal splash damage on impact with the ground)
TIP: You can customize the key binds for the Special Abilities
RECIPES
You can find the recipes to all the tools, armor and furniture from the Pocket Dimension in the images section of this download page.
MULTIPLAYER
Multiplayer is supported and works with no issues, although the Pocket Dimension is shared between players.
COMING SOON
What's next? For starters, in version 2.0 there will be introduced new Abilities categories with new unique Abilities and upgrades. Also, with the new update Missions will be introduced. Missions are special tasks that grant more Skill Points than usual when completed.
