Description
Actually Created
Actually Created is a integration addon between Create and Actually Additions for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge.
Ever looked at Create and Actually Additions and thought, “yeah, these two should probably talk to each other”? That is pretty much the idea here.
Actually Created connects both mods through rotational machinery, FE generation, automation, new materials, equipment and shared processing systems.
The goal is not to replace either mod, but to make their mechanics feel like parts of the same factory.
Until proper in-game Ponder documentation is available, this page also works as a guide for the current content.
Kinetic Atomic Reconstructor
The Kinetic Atomic Reconstructor is a rotation-powered version of Actually Additions Atomic Reconstructor.
Connect a Create shaft to the back of the block and point the front toward the item you want to process.
It works with:
- Dropped items
- Create Depots
- Create Belts
- Actually Additions laser recipes
- Datapack and KubeJS-added laser recipes
- Sequenced Assembly steps
The machine does not use FE. Its processing speed depends on RPM, and one shot can convert up to 4 items from the same stack.
When using belts or depots, you can aim at either the item or the transport block underneath it, the Reconstructor will handle both.
The machine consumes 16 SU per RPM.
Atomic Reconstructor + Create
The original Actually Additions Atomic Reconstructor also gains support for Create belts and depots.
Using the redstone torch in a Atomic Reconstructor, you can cycle between:
Automatic → Pulse → Created → Automatic
Created Mode
In Created Mode, the Atomic Reconstructor automatically fires when a valid item is detected on a Create Depot or Belt.
It supports both:
- Normal Actually Additions laser recipes
- `actuallycreated:reconstructing` Sequenced Assembly steps
Created Mode ignores redstone control and only fires when there is something valid to process.
The original machine still uses FE and keeps its normal Actually Additions behavior for other lenses.
Laser Sequenced Assembly
Actually Created adds a new Create Sequenced Assembly operation:
\actuallycreated:reconstructing\
This allows the Atomic Reconstructor or Kinetic Atomic Reconstructor to become a step inside Create's standard Sequenced Assembly system.
For modpack creators, you can use that to create new recipes using kubeJS
Example:
json
{
"type": "actuallycreated:reconstructing",
"ingredients": [
{
"item": "yourpack:incomplete_item"
}
],
"results": [
{
"id": "yourpack:incomplete_item"
}
]
}
The outer create:sequenced_assembly recipe still controls the transitional item, number of loops and final output.
Each laser shot advances one item by one reconstruction step.
The operation also appears inside Create's normal Sequenced Assembly JEI category.
Kinek and Mecha Crystals
Actually Created introduces two new crystals designed specifically to bridge Create materials with Actually Additions laser processing.
Kinek Crystal
A Kinek Crystal is created by reconstructing:
Create Andesite Alloy → Kinek Crystal
The same can be done with full blocks:
Andesite Alloy Block → Kinek Crystal Block
Because these are normal Actually Additions laser recipes, they work with both the original Atomic Reconstructor and the Kinetic Atomic Reconstructor.
Mecha Crystal
A Mecha Crystal is created from Create Brass:
Brass Ingot → Mecha Crystal
Blocks can also be reconstructed:
Brass Block → Mecha Crystal Block
Kinek and Mecha Casings
The new crystals are also used to produce hybrid machine casings.
Kinek Casing
Created through Create Item Application:
Actually Additions Iron Casing + Kinek Crystal → Kinek Casing
Mecha Casing
Created through:
Actually Additions Ender Casing + Mecha Crystal → Mecha Casing
These casings are used throughout Actually Created's more advanced progression.
Mechanism Part
The Mechanism Part is Actually Created's main advanced mechanical component.
It is produced using Create Sequenced Assembly, combining mechanics from both mods.
The process begins with a Mecha Crystal and repeatedly performs:
- Mechanical Pressing
- Deploying an Actually Additions Advanced Coil
- Deploying a Kinek Crystal
- Mechanical Pressing again
- Laser Reconstruction
The complete sequence runs 3 times before producing a Mechanism Part.
This means the production line requires both Create automation and Actually Additions reconstruction technology.
Mechanical Empowering
Actually Created adds a fully rotational alternative to the Actually Additions Empowerer.
The system consists of:
1 Mechanical Empowering Stand
and
4 Clockwork Display Stands
Mechanical Empowering Stand
The Mechanical Empowering Stand replaces the central Empowerer.
Place the base ingredient on top of it.
Like the original Actually Additions setup, the four Display Stands must be placed 3 blocks away from the center in each cardinal direction.
The Mechanical Empowering Stand consumes:
16 SU/RPM
Its processing speed scales with RPM.
At 64 RPM, an Empowering recipe runs at approximately its original Actually Additions processing speed.
Clockwork Display Stand
The four Clockwork Display Stands hold the modifier ingredients.
Each stand consumes:
4 SU/RPM
All four stands must be rotating for processing to continue.
A complete Mechanical Empowering setup therefore consumes:
32 SU/RPM
The system directly uses existing:
actuallyadditions:empowering
recipes.
That means recipes added through datapacks or KubeJS can also work without needing a second Actually Created-specific Empowering recipe format.
Mechanical Arm Automation
Create Mechanical Arms can interact with:
- Mechanical Empowering Stands
- Clockwork Display Stands
- Actually Additions Empowerers
- Actually Additions Display Stands
This allows both the original FE-powered Empowerer and the new rotational version to be incorporated into automated Create factories.
Crystalline Dynamo
The Crystalline Dynamo turns rotational power and Actually Additions crystals into FE.
Insert crystals through the top of the machine and provide Create rotational power.
The Dynamo grinds the crystal while gradually generating energy.
FE can then be extracted from the machine and sent to Actually Additions or other Forge Energy-compatible machines.
The internal energy buffer stores:
500,000 FE
Stress Usage
Normal crystals require:
32 SU/RPM
Empowered Crystals are harder to process and require:
64 SU/RPM
Processing speed increases with RPM.
If the Dynamo's internal FE buffer cannot accept more energy, processing waits instead of wasting the remaining crystal energy.
Crystal Energy Values
| Crystal | FE |
|---|---|
| Restonia Crystal | 96,000 FE |
| Palis Crystal | 96,000 FE |
| Void Crystal | 96,000 FE |
| Kinek Crystal | 128,000 FE |
| Enori Crystal | 204,800 FE |
| Mecha Crystal | 256,000 FE |
| Diamatine Crystal | 307,200 FE |
| Emeradic Crystal | 409,600 FE |
| Empowered Restonia Crystal | 288,000 FE |
| Empowered Palis Crystal | 288,000 FE |
| Empowered Void Crystal | 288,000 FE |
| Empowered Enori Crystal | 614,400 FE |
| Empowered Diamatine Crystal | 921,600 FE |
| Empowered Emeradic Crystal | 1,228,800 FE |
Stress Relay
The Stress Relay allows two separate Create kinetic networks to transfer rotational power and stress capacity without directly connecting them with shafts.
A Stress Relay pair consists of:
- One sender
- One receiver
The receiver reproduces the sender's RPM and receives a configurable amount of stress capacity from the sending network.
Connecting Stress Relays
Use an Actually Additions Laser Wrench.
First click the relay you want to use as the sender.
Then click the relay you want to use as the receiver.
The two relays must:
- Be the same relay tier
- Be within connection range
- Be in the same dimension
- Belong to separate Create kinetic networks
You cannot use Stress Relays to connect two points that are already part of the same kinetic network.
Stress Relay
The regular Stress Relay has:
30 block range
and can provide up to:
8,192 SU
Advanced Stress Relay
The Advanced Stress Relay increases both range and transfer capacity.
It has:
60 block range
and can provide up to:
32,768 SU
Configuration
Right-click a Stress Relay to open its configuration screen.
From there you can:
- Switch between sender and receiver mode
- Configure how much stress the receiver should request
- Quickly set the minimum or maximum transfer amount
The sending network must actually have enough available stress capacity to support what the receiving network requests.
Stress Relays therefore transfer existing mechanical capacity rather than creating free rotational power.
Coffee Press
The Coffee Press turns Actually Additions Coffee Beans into liquid coffee using Create rotational power.
Connect rotational power through the top shaft.
The machine consumes:
4 SU/RPM
It contains:
- Two item input slots
- A water tank
- A coffee output tank
- Fluid filtering
- A total fluid capacity of 4,000 mB
- RPM-based processing
Brewing Coffee
Every basic Coffee Press recipe uses 1 Actually Additions Coffee Bean and 250 mB of Water to produces 250 mB of Coffee
Plain Coffee Beans produce Black Coffee.
The second item slot can be used for additional ingredients.
Advanced Coffee Mixing
Coffee does not stop at the Coffee Press.
Actually Created adds additional Create Mixing recipes that allow existing coffee fluids to be upgraded in a Basin.
Coffee Cups and Create Spouts
Coffee produced by Actually Created exists as real fluids.
Use a Create Spout to fill an Actually Additions Coffee Cup.
This works with the normal coffees as well as their upgraded variants.
The resulting Actually Additions Coffee Cup keeps the appropriate effects of the coffee that was used to fill it.
Create Canola Processing
Actually Created also begins integrating the Actually Additions Canola system directly into Create processing.
Using a Basin and Mechanical Press:
1 Canola → 80 mB Canola Oil
This uses Create's standard:
create:compacting
recipe system.
Create Crafts & Additions Compatibility
If Create Crafts & Additions is installed, Actually Created adds additional cross-mod fuel compatibility.
Actually Additions Oils in Create Crafts & Additions
The following Actually Additions fluids can be used by Create Crafts & Additions liquid burning systems:
- Canola Oil
- Refined Canola Oil
- Crystalized Oil
- Empowered Oil
Empowered Oil can even provide superheated combustion.
Create Crafts & Additions Fuels in Actually Additions
Actually Additions can also use:
- Seed Oil
- Biolethanol
as liquid fuel sources.
The integration therefore works in both directions instead of only making Actually Additions resources usable by Create.
Electric Mechanical Drill
The Electric Mechanical Drill combines Actually Additions drill technology with Create's mechanical equipment progression.
It stores:
500,000 FE
Instead of taking normal durability damage while mining, the drill consumes:
250 FE per block
before upgrades and other modifiers are considered.
Drill Upgrades
The Electric Mechanical Drill supports Actually Additions Drill Upgrades.
The drill can use the Actually Additions drill upgrade interface instead of requiring a separate upgrade system.
It can therefore function as an electric Create-style tool while still participating in Actually Additions progression.
Create Stuff & Additions Compatibility
If Create Stuff & Additions is installed, Actually Created also provides an alternative compatible recipe for the Electric Mechanical Drill.
Create Stuff & Additions is optional and is not required to use Actually Created.
Electric Netherite Backtank
The Electric Netherite Backtank is an FE-powered version of Create's Netherite Backtank.
It stores up to:
1,000,000 FE
The backtank integrates with Create's existing diving equipment.
Diving
When used with Create's Netherite Diving Helmet, the Electric Netherite Backtank consumes stored FE to provide underwater breathing.
A full base-capacity backtank can provide approximately:
18,000 ticks / 15 minutes
of active breathing.
It also integrates with:
- Create's Backtank HUD
- Create's diving equipment rendering
- Create's Backtank armor visuals
Capacity Enchantment
Create's Capacity enchantment also works with the Electric Netherite Backtank.
Instead of increasing compressed air capacity, it increases the backtank's available energy capacity.
Clockwork Worm
The Clockwork Worm is an electric version of the Actually Additions Worm.
It keeps the idea of a small autonomous farming helper, but runs on FE and works a larger area.
The item stores:
3,600,000 FE
and consumes:
50 FE/t
while active.
A completely charged Clockwork Worm can therefore operate for up to:
72,000 ticks
or roughly:
1 hour of continuous operation
Farming
Once placed, the Clockwork Worm tends a 5×5 area around itself.
It performs the normal Worm-style farmland behavior while also giving nearby crops 50% additional growth opportunities than the normal worm.
When its stored energy reaches zero, it returns to item form instead of simply disappearing.
Clockwork Worm Blueprint
Clockwork Worms use their own blueprint crafting system.
First, create a Clockwork Worm Blueprint
The cutting tool is damaged by one durability point.
The blueprint itself is then reusable.
Crafting Clockwork Worms
Combine the blueprint with:
- 2 Kinek Crystals
- 1 Mecha Crystal
- 1 Mechanism Part
- 1 Basic Coil
to create:
3 Clockwork Worms
The blueprint remains after crafting.
Goggles Compatibility
Actually Created also makes the equipment systems from both mods cooperate better.
Supported integrations allow Actually Additions Engineer's Goggles and Create goggles to work across compatible systems.
Datapacks and KubeJS
Actually Created is designed with modpacks in mind.
Whenever possible, integrations use existing recipe systems from Create and Actually Additions instead of hardcoded conversions.
This includes:
actuallyadditions:laseractuallyadditions:empoweringcreate:mixingcreate:compactingcreate:fillingcreate:item_applicationcreate:sequenced_assemblyactuallycreated:coffee_makingactuallycreated:reconstructing
This means modpack authors can extend or replace many of the default recipes through datapacks or KubeJS.
For deeper scripting integrations, KubeJS Create and KubeJS Actually Additions can also be used alongside Actually Created.
KubeJS is completely optional and is not required to play the mod.
Requirements
Actually Created 0.6.0 requires:
- Minecraft 1.21.1
- NeoForge 21.x
- Create 6.0.9 – 6.0.x
- Actually Additions 1.3.26+
Optional compatibility:
- Create Stuff & Additions 2.1.4+
- Create Crafts & Additions 1.6.x – 1.7.x
- JEI
- KubeJS
- KubeJS Create
- KubeJS Actually Additions
Current Status
Actually Created is still in development.
There is currently no complete Ponder documentation for all of these systems, so this page serves as the main reference for how the current machines and integrations work.
More integrations between Create and Actually Additions are planned as the project grows.
Actually Created started as a little side project for my Create expert modpack, Create Oniric Factory, but it works just fine on its own too. Feel free to use it in any modpack!
