Floppa can be obtained through fishing (treasure loot-table) or as a morning gift from a cat.

Just like any old pet, Floppa must be fed any type of raw fish (except pufferfish) once per day else it explodes !

Make sure no harm comes to Floppa!
You don't want to make it angry.
