The shared core library of Advanced Loot Info (ALI) and Advanced Worldgen Info (AWI).
Handles plugin discovery, tooltip trees, server to client data transfer and other generic functionality so both mods don't reinvent it.

- Server -> Client data transfer - data collection and compression
- Shared configuration - config loading and common settings
- Localization support - translation keys handling and common keys
Do I need this?
Yes, if you use Advanced Loot Info or Advanced Worldgen Info - ACI is required dependency
