AinCraft: Rising Through Aincrad is an independent fan-made Minecraft mod inspired by the weapons, creatures and sword combat of Sword Art Online. The project brings selected elements of that universe into Minecraft, with a focus on distinctive weapons, animated attacks and Sword Skills.

What's in the first test build?

  • Elucidator: Kirito's black sword, featuring a 3D model, a sheath on the player's back and a sword attack combo.
  • Vertical Arc: two consecutive vertical slashes.
  • Horizontal Square: four slashes that trace a square, ending with a stronger hit.
  • Sword Skills menu: two skill slots with selectable techniques and customizable keys.

Getting started

  1. Find the Elucidator in the AinCraft: Rising Through Aincrad creative tab.
  2. Use left click to attack and perform sword combos.
  3. Press K to open the skill menu and assign your techniques.
  4. Use R and G for the two skill slots by default. You can change these keys in the menu.

Requirements

Minecraft Java 26.1.2 · NeoForge 26.1.2.81 · Java 25
Required dependency: geckolib-neoforge-26.1.2-5.5.2.jar.

Install the matching NeoForge version, then place the AinCraft and GeckoLib JAR files in your instance's mods folder.

In development

This first test focuses on the Elucidator and its two skills. Monsters, an SAO-style HUD and a player profile are not included in v0.1.0. Future updates aim to expand the selection of weapons, creatures, skills, animations and combat effects. Planned features may change during development.

El proyecto incorpora elementos seleccionados de ese universo, con énfasis en armas características, ataques animados y Habilidades de Espada.

¿Qué incluye la primera versión de prueba?

  • Elucidator: la espada negra de Kirito, con modelo 3D, vaina en la espalda del jugador y un combo de ataques.
  • Vertical Arc: dos tajos verticales consecutivos.
  • Horizontal Square: cuatro tajos que forman un cuadrado y terminan con un golpe más fuerte.

Cómo empezar

En desarrollo

En futuras actualizaciones buscamos ampliar las armas, criaturas, habilidades, animaciones y efectos de combate. El contenido planeado puede cambiar durante el desarrollo.
