About

Description

About the mod

Amethyst Overload is a mod that adds various blocks related to amethyst

Amethyst is an amazing decorating material but vanilla minecraft lacks the diversity that this mod is aiming to achieve

Features

image

Redstone update:

Two blocks have been added!

  • Amethyst Lamp
  • Amethyst Sensor

Amethyst lamp is self-explanatory, here it is ingame:

Amethyst lamp

But the main block of the update is of course the Amethyst sensor, so what does it do?

Sensor is constantly scanning two blocks above it for any entity, and outputs a signal when it detects one.

Sensor detect range

But it would be a bad version of a pressure plate if it was this plain, so the sensor detects entities through blocks!

Sensor detect

We are thrilled to see what contraptions you can build with this one!

Roadmap

Mod is very early in development and there is a ton of things that are being worked on! If you have any suggestions or criticism, feel free to contact me!

Fabric and other versions? not while the mod is being heavily developed, but I am considering porting it to farbic and other minecraft versions.
