ANTI PIRACY — VHS Horror with ARG Elements

You didn’t buy the game. You bought what was left of it.

ANTI PIRACY turns Minecraft into a VHS nightmare. An old-TV shader, unsettling sounds, and traces of a previous player make a familiar world feel like something you were never meant to open.

Explore unfamiliar structures, encounter strange entities, and venture into other dimensions. Pay attention to what seems out of place. Some details are part of a bigger mystery.

Features

  • Immersive VHS horror — an atmosphere built around the feeling that something is wrong with your copy of the game.
  • Dimensions, structures, and entities — discover what lies beyond the world you remember.
  • A distinctive old-TV shader — experience Minecraft through the degraded look of an aging screen.
  • New sounds — listen closely, even when you would rather not.
  • ARG elements — look for clues and piece together the story behind the world.
  • Multiplayer support — explore the mystery with friends.

Required Dependencies

Install all three libraries before launching the mod:

  • GeckoLib
  • FFmpegLib
  • FFmpegLib EXTRA

Lore

You bought your first computer second-hand. It was old, cheap, and still full of someone else’s files. The seller mentioned that Minecraft was already installed.

Among forgotten folders and pirated games, you found a saved world belonging to the previous owner.

The previous owner is dead.

You launched it anyway.

At first, the glitches were easy to explain. A broken texture. A strange sound. Something wrong with the screen. Probably just a bad pirated copy.

But the longer you played, the harder that explanation became to believe.

Whatever is in that world is still waiting for him.

And you just logged in.
