About

Description

Have you just broken your 5th Netherite shovel and are looking for a way out? This mod's got your back.

How does it work?

With this mod, you can set up basic filters to define which items should be kept from breaking.

Once these filtered items reach the configurable durability value, all actions with this item will be cancelled (attack, block break, interact)

This mod is entirely client side, it simply pretends you released the key (that means it also works on servers)

Dependencies

Requires:

Check the supported versions for a quick & easy installation.

Configuration

If the default configuration ("keep all gold/diamond/netherite tools + any enchanted tools above 5 durability") is not to your liking, you can fiddle with the following config options:

  • Min-Durability to start preventing tool usage
  • Bypass break prevention by sneaking
  • Filters - these are opt-in, if an item matches any of the enabled filters, ATB will stop you from breaking it
  • - Non-Enchanted ("any item without enchants")
  • - Enchanted ("any item with enchants")
  • - Material ("any tool of that material" - can be set for `Wood`, `Stone`, `Iron`, `Gold`, `Diamond` and `Netherite`)
  • - "Other" ("any item that does not belong to any of the materials above" - for example `flint_and_steel`)

Updates

Unless I notice something that bothers me while using the mod personally, it's unlikely to receive any updates.

Feature requests are welcome, I am most likely to see them if you post them on GitHub.
