I really like it on the surface. Vanilla enchanting is bad and Apotheosis takes the vanilla style and makes it useable. The spawner mechanics are also really nice, I love being able to change what mob is in a spawner and how fast it can be.
My biggest gripe is with the adventure module, it throws the balance of most packs off. While the world tier system has made this less of an issue, it can still throw off the power curve of packs that just throw it in there
