Description

Armor Durability Cap prevents armor from losing too much durability from a single hit. It works with vanilla armor and is compatible with modded armor that uses normal durability behavior, making it useful for both lightweight packs and heavily modded setups.

The mod includes two configs:

  • basic for quick and easy setup
  • advanced for detailed rules and special cases

The basic config is made to be readable for normal players, while the advanced config is intended for pack makers and server owners.

Basic config example

# Max durability loss per hit: 20%
max_percent=0.20

# Flat cap per hit (-1 = off)
max_flat_damage=-1

# Minimum durability loss
minimum_damage=1

# FLOOR / ROUND / CEIL
rounding_mode=FLOOR

# Also affect compatible modded armor
affect_modded_armor=true

# Set true to generate advanced config next restart
advanced.generate_file=false
