Description
Armor HUD
This mod allows you to see your equipped armor in an offhand type slot known as a HUD widget. This allows you to see the durability and change or repair it before it's too late. This mod also shows a warning before it breaks.
This mod adds a minimalistic vanilla-like widget that shows your armor items and a warning if durability is low enough. While other mods expect the player to look at numbers all over the screen, this mod allows to see your armor items in a vanilla-style minimalistic widget without extra text or numbers. Position and other parameters of the widget can be adjusted in a configuration file.
Additional Information
This mod is made for Fabric Loader.* If Fabric API is installed, one can reload the config same way as resource packs. If Mod Menu and Cloth Config API is installed, then one can configure this mod using a config screen accessible through mods menu.

NEOFORGE SUPPORT
*CubingXT has added Neoforge support to this mod in version 1.2.0 with assistance from AnAwesomGuy.
Neoforge support has been beta tested and passed.
Credits
Thank you to BerdinskiyBear for originally making this mod.
Thank you to uku for forking BerdinskiyBear's Armor HUD to update past 1.19.
Thank you to AnAwesomGuy for developing the Neoforge code that has since been merged with mine.
I forked this mod originally to update to 1.21.8 back in 2025 but have kept this port running because some modpacks have included this mod in them, causing potential updates to the game breaking the modpack completely. I myself make modpacks and have gone through the pain of disabling each mod one by one until the game loads. I also keep this fork running because uku's Armor HUD is no longer on curseforge and I want to give modpacks a good BerdinskiyBear fork to run.

I myself make modpacks and have gone through the pain of disabling each mod one by one until the game loads. And sometimes the game doesn't even load because you disabled an API required for another mod later down the line but have already disabled the originally problematic mod but because a critical API was disabled the game still crashes and you have to repeat the whole painful process all over again while simultaniously questioning your life choices and failing to come to terms with all of your hardships and failures and mistakes and the cycle continues on and on and on until you finally find the problematic mod and the game loads but then you need to find another mod to do the same thing and test it and it's time consuming but then you realize that the new update to the game is so new that there are no good mods that are updated and you're left feeling helpless. Anyways, I also keep this fork running because uku's Armor HUD is no longer on curseforge and I want to give modpacks a good BerdinskiyBear fork to run.
