This mod is a port of https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/set-effect with Lemonszz's permission
This mod allows you to configure effects that are applied onto LivingEntities that are wearing that set of armor through crafttweaker methods.

-AddEffect - with hidden particles
