Arrow Opts
A multi-loader Minecraft mod for NeoForge and Fabric that configures sounds played when a player's projectile hits an entity.
Features
- Multi-loader support for NeoForge and Fabric.
- Configurable hit sounds per entity type.
- Supports projectile-specific mappings (grouped by projectile ID, then by hit entity type) or general fallback entity mappings.
- Default fallback sound for unmapped entities (default:
minecraft:entity.experience_orb.pickup). - Configurable hit sound deduplication timer (default: 500ms).
- Configurable volume and pitch control.
- In-game configuration UI providing:
- Entity-sound mapping list with add and remove functions.
- Searchable dropdown selectors for entity types and sounds.
- Matched character highlighting in search results.
- Support links for BuyMeACoffee and Patreon.
Configuration
Settings are stored in config/arrowopts.json for all platforms. Configuration can be modified via the in-game mod menu or by editing the JSON file directly.
