Description
Artust Duplicator — Player Guide
A simple mod that adds one portable tool: the Stack Duplicator. Right-click it, drop in an item, hit Dupe, and get copies straight into your inventory.
For: Minecraft 26.1.2 · NeoForge 26.1.2.76
Getting the Stack Duplicator
Craft it one of two ways.
Crafting Table (shaped)
Glowstone Diamond Glowstone
Emerald Nether Star Emerald
Redstone Ender Pearl Redstone
Torch Torch
Crafting Table (shapeless)
Toss these four in together, in any arrangement:
- End Crystal
- Diamond Block
- Lapis Block
- Nether Star
You can also grab it from the Tools & Utilities creative tab.
How to use it
- Hold the Stack Duplicator and right-click to open its screen.
- Put the item you want to copy in the input slot.
- Add fuel if your world uses item fuel (see below).
- Click Dupe.
- Copies drop right into your inventory — no output slot to empty.
How many copies you get
The duplicator decides automatically based on the item:
| Input item | You get |
|---|---|
| Something that can't stack (tools, armor, etc.) | 2 copies |
| Something that stacks (blocks, food, etc.) | A full stack |
(Server owners can change these amounts — see Configuration.)
Fuel
Every duplication costs fuel. There are three modes, and the server/world picks one:
| Mode | What it costs |
|---|---|
| Item | An item in the fuel slot (default: Emerald) |
| XP | Your experience (levels or points) |
| RF | Energy stored inside the duplicator itself |
Using RF (energy)
- The duplicator can hold energy like a battery.
- New ones start empty (0 RF) — charge it in any charger/machine that supports Forge/NeoForge energy.
- When it has charge, the screen shows an RF bar under the title. Hover it to see the exact amount.
Only one fuel mode is active at a time. If the world has RF fuel enabled, it takes priority over XP and items.
Tips
- The Stack Duplicator is fire resistant and can't be stacked — it survives lava and stays as a single tool.
- Duplicated items are exact copies (same enchantments, etc., where applicable).
- If nothing happens when you click Dupe, you're probably out of fuel for the current mode.
Configuration (for server owners / single-player tinkering)
Settings live in:
config/artustdup-common.toml
Edit it while the game is closed, then start back up. Highlights:
