Assorted Machetes

A machete is a lighter and quicker sword that also cuts through leaves, vines and the rest of the undergrowth. Clearing a path through a jungle or trimming back a hedge goes by in a few swings.

Features

• Machetes in wood, stone, gold, iron and diamond, and netherite from a diamond one at the smithing table.
• They cut leaves, vines, wool, cactus, sugar cane, melons, pumpkins and other plants at the speed of their material.
• A machete hits a little softer than a sword of the same material but swings faster.
• It still does what a sword does, like cutting cobwebs and bamboo.
• Copper, emerald and amethyst machetes can be made with vanilla's items.
• There's also one for each of the extra materials like tin, steel and ruby. You can craft those as long as you have the ingot or gem, so they need a mod that adds it.
• Machetes use the tool material settings in the assortedlib-tool-tiers config file, which every Assorted mod with tools shares.

Updating from Assorted Tools 11.x

Worlds made with Assorted Tools 11.x keep everything when you switch to this mod. Don't install it beside Assorted Tools 11.x.

Requirements

• Assorted Lib
• NeoForge, or Fabric Loader with Fabric API

> Machetes also comes in Assorted Tools with the other Tools mods, if you'd rather have them all in one download.
