Description
Auto Pot
Your health drops - a healing splash is already in the air.
Auto Pot is a client-side Fabric mod for nethpot PvP. Toggle it with J; whenever your health falls to the threshold (default 6 hearts / 12 HP) it throws a Splash Potion of Healing at your feet, gives you back the item you were holding and shows a small action-bar message. Your camera never moves - the throw goes straight down through the packet, not by turning your view.
Features
- Auto heal - throws a healing splash the tick your HP reaches the threshold
- Smart potion pick - Instant Health first, Regeneration as a fallback (optional)
- No camera flick - the potion lands at your feet while your view stays exactly where it is
- Silent swap - uses the potion and puts your sword / crystal / totem back in hand in the same tick
- Inventory pull - no pot in the hotbar? It grabs one from your inventory and puts the rest back
- Cooldown - never wastes two pots on one hit (default 1 second, configurable)
- Options - count absorption hearts, stay off in creative, start enabled, silent mode
- Lightweight - client-side only, Fabric API is the only dependency, no HUD clutter
How to use
- Carry Splash Potions of Healing (Instant Health) - hotbar or inventory, both work.
- Press J to switch Auto Pot on (rebind in Options -> Controls -> Auto Pot). You get an action-bar confirmation with the current threshold.
- Fight. When your HP drops below the threshold, the pot is thrown for you.
Configuration
Everything lives in config/autopot.json and can be changed in game:
/autopot- show status, settings and how many healing splashes you carry/autopot toggle//autopot on//autopot off- switch Auto Pot (default: off)/autopot threshold <hp>- throw when HP is at or below this, 2 HP = 1 heart (default: 12)/autopot cooldown <ticks>- minimum ticks between two throws (default: 20)/autopot regen <true/false>- use Regeneration splashes when no Healing is left (default: true)/autopot inventory <true/false>- pull potions from the main inventory (default: true)/autopot absorption <true/false>- count golden-apple absorption hearts towards the threshold (default: false)/autopot creative <true/false>- stay inactive in creative mode (default: true)/autopot startenabled <true/false>- start the game with Auto Pot on (default: false)/autopot notify <true/false>- action-bar message on every throw (default: true)/autopot reload- reload the JSON file
Compatibility
- Minecraft 1.21.8 - 1.21.11, Fabric Loader 0.16+, Fabric API, Java 21
- Client-side only - nothing to install on the server
- Pairs well with Auto Surround, Auto crystal PVP and Auto-Anchor (same author - see my other projects)
Notes
Automated potion use counts as a macro on many PvP servers and may be bannable - check the rules of the server you play on and use at your own risk.
