AutoRepairXP Silent

AutoRepairXP Silent automatically repairs damaged items enchanted with Mending by consuming the player’s real experience points.

The mod is designed to repair equipment without requiring the player to hold each item individually.

Features

• Repairs equipped armor.
• Repairs items in the main hand and offhand.
• Repairs Mending-enchanted items stored anywhere in the player’s inventory.
• Prioritizes armor before held and inventory items.
• Consumes real XP during repairs.
• Uses approximately 1 XP point for every 2 durability points restored.
• Displays numerical durability information in item tooltips.
• Works silently without unnecessary chat messages.
• Lightweight and intended for normal survival gameplay.

When hovering over a damageable item, the tooltip displays its remaining durability in this format:

Requirements

• Minecraft Java Edition 26.2
• Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer
• Fabric API
• Java 25

Installation

1. Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 26.2.
2. Install Fabric API.
3. Place the AutoRepairXP Silent .jar file inside the mods folder.
4. Remove older versions of AutoRepairXP before starting the game.

Multiplayer

For multiplayer servers, the mod must be installed on the server because item durability and player XP are controlled by the server.

Notes

Only items enchanted with Mending are intended to be repaired. The player must have enough experience available for the repair process.
