Description

I have always disliked the look of trees in this beautiful game, with their logs sticking out like a sore thumb.

So I embarked on a project to remedy this issue. This mod no longer shows the log ends of trees in Minecraft, but instead, bark ends surround the crown (or trunks) of trees, to match a real to life look of how they would look and operate functionally.

This mod couples with your favorite tree mod as well, so long as they use the type_log, type_leaves, and type_wood convention for their tree additions! It also works server-side, and does not require all players to have this mod installed! Further, the mod works on saplings whether your trees are generated or grown, this mod will do its job.

This mod works by targeting log blocks with their ends touching air or leaf blocks.

It is part of the Wildermod family, and was created by CondimentColonel.
