About

Description

Inspired by TheIllusivec4's Consecration mod (found at this link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/consecration)

This mod works to make Smite take on more of an identity aside from simply "doing extra damage."

First off, we have a new gamerule: undeadstrength

This gamerule dictates damage resistance for undead, and can be anywhere between 0 and 4 (with 4 being complete immunity to damage)

In order to clear this resistance for a while, you'll need to damage the undead with specific damage types. You can use fire, holy magic (iron's spellbooks), fireworks, or boast Smite on your weapon.

With this, we now also have special potions that can be used to aid you against the hordes...

Instant Fire and Restoration

Instant Fire potions can be made with Flame Charges and Awkward Potions, and can be made into their throwable versions or into arrows. These will set mobs on fire for a significant amount of time, and should be handled with care.

Restoration potions can be made with Golden Apples and Awkward Potions, and are a weaker type of regeneration potion.

Happy hunting!
