BetterPotions

Makes so every effect has a potion (ex. Levitation Potion)

Currently the potions aren't craftable, i will make it in the future.

Later I'll make so you can disable certain potion craftings through ModMenu mod

All potions for now are level 2 and durate 5 minutes.
