Description
Better Sound Mixer
Better Sound Mixer is a client-side mod that allows you to finely and flexibly adjust the sound volume in Minecraft.
It enables more detailed volume adjustments than vanilla settings, allowing you to tweak audio per specific category, per mob, and even per sound event (ogg file). You can build your ideal sound environment by lowering the volume of specific noisy mobs or amplifying footsteps to make them easier to hear.
Key Features
- Detailed Category Volume Control
- In addition to standard categories, you can set volumes for more specific categories such as "Monsters", "Friendly Mobs", "Neutral Mobs", "Players", "BGM", "Records", and "Ambient Sounds".
- Individual Mob Volume Override
- You can specify particular mobs to change their volume individually. This is perfect if you just want to mute the sounds of specific, annoying mobs.
- Per Sound Event Volume Control
- You can directly set the volume for individual ogg files or specific sound events.
- Volume Boost up to 300%
- Each setting can be adjusted from 0% (muted) up to a maximum of 300%. This allows you to amplify sounds from within the game, even if they are too quiet to hear normally.
