Bug-fixed version of Oh The Biomes You'll Go by AOCAWOL for 1.12.2.

- Improved chunk generation performance and reduced cascading worldgen lag.
- Fixed major tree behavior issues: BYG leaves/logs now support proper decay, shearing, sapling drops, and fire behavior.
- Passable Leaves and RLFoliage/BetterFoliage automatically recognize BYG blocks.
- Fixed many worldgen issues, including broken saplings, missing structure references, bad structure palettes, flower generation no-ops, and Jacaranda Forest log-only trees.
- Fixed many interaction bugs with doors, gates, slabs, plant placement, bonemeal growth, glowshrooms, berries, Rudo, baobab, reeds, and cattails.
- Fixed ore/tool progression issues, including ore smelting, Fortune support, Kasai ingots, tool/armor recipe patterns, log charcoal smelting, gate recipes, bookshelf recipes, and enchanted stick recipes.
- Fixed missing/broken visuals including Kasai Ore, Rudo Beans, Scoria-related textures, mod display info, JEI name, and the BYG creative tab.
- Added Simplified Chinese translation.
- Preserves existing block IDs, item IDs, biome IDs, registry names, assets, and save compatibility.
