About

Description

This mod requires TerraBlender and Fabric API.

Biomes++ is a port of Environs++ (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/environs) to 1.20.4 and the Fabric mod loader.

This mod, much like its predecessor, adds a modest amount of biomes to Minecraft while staying relatively consistent with the vanilla style. Some of the biomes are inspired by older biome mods. As of beta 1.2 Biomes++ has 15 biomes, four new wood types and two types of mushrooms.

 Biome List:

The current biome list is equivalent to Environs++ 1.12.2-1.4, with the pine taiga, emerald cliffs and dry oak forest removed due to redundancy with vanilla and other mods. These biomes may return in the future in some fashion.

Biome list:

  • Brushland (previously "kakadu", in b1.1 and further)
  • Dark Swamp (previously "roofed swamp")
  • Deciduous Foothills (NEW)
  • Ender Forest (previously "end forest")
  • Gravel Beach (NEW, b1.2 and further)
  • Lush Forest (b1.1 and further)
  • Magic Forest (NEW)
  • Mushroom Rainforest (b1.1 and further)
  • Sandstone Ranges
  • Silk Wetland
  • Stone Basin
  • Tall Oak Forest
  • Tall Oak Wetland
  • Wasteland
  • Wintry Field (previously "icy hills")
