This mod adds a varriety of things:

Silver dust: found in the nether and requires an iron pickaxe to mine. Can be made into multiple blocks of a bluish white color to make a great sci-fi theme, but also can be crafted into a new item the Silver Gauntlet 

Silver Gauntlet: a new weapon foucusing on combat and transportation, to use the ability hold Right Click great weapon paired with the elytra

Blood Totem: a powerful totem item that when used (also Right Click) will give you immense strenght and power being able to stack the new bleed effect. Great for shredding bosses!

Labyrinth: a huge structure with multiple spawner rooms and loot just like a upgrade to the original dungeon, this structure has traps too ;)

Blood zombie: a stronger varriant of the zombie which has a 5.55% chance to drop a Blood Skull which can be used as decor or to craft the blood totem
