Bonemeal Config
This is a simple mod that makes make vanilla plants and blocks bonemealable.
All of them can be individually configured if necessary. This is implemented
in such a way that mods that add bonemealing blocks or functionality should
be able to work on these blocks (eg: Create: Slice and Dice's fertilizer
sprinker, Ars Nouveau grow spell).

- Cactus
- Chorus Flower / Plant
- Coral Blocks, Plants, and Fans
- Dead Bushes (disabled by default)
- Small Flowers
- Hanging Roots
- Leaves (disabled by default)
- Mycelium
- Nether Sprouts
- Nether Wart
- Roots (Warped/Nylium)
- Sponges (disabled by default)
- Spore Blossoms
- Sugar Canes
- Vines
- Water Lilies
