Lightweight, vanilla-style questing for modpack creators
Boundless is a simple, fast, and dependency-free questing mod designed for modpack creators who want to guide players through progression without bloated UI or complex setup.
Quests are created using the built in editor, letting you define otbjectives, rewards, and dependencies in a clean format that just works. Useful for building a short tutorial questline or a full RPG-style path, Boundless makes it straightforward to create a questline.

How to use Boundless
- Create quest packs in The editor (located in settings with cheats enabled)
- Set completable objectives (collect, submit, kill, advancements, effects)
- Set dependencies to create questlines
- Set Rewards for completing quests ( item, command, Xp)
Key Features
Vanilla-like UI
- A minimalist interface designed to feel like it belongs in Minecraft, not a separate mod menu.
- Many config and themeing options to fine tune experience
Quest Editor
Quests are defined in a structure:
- Category
- ID
- Name / Icon / Description
- Dependencies (unlock quests in order)
- Flags (Repeatable, auto complete, hidden, ect)
- Completion objectives
- Rewards
Multiple Quest Objective Types
Boundless supports these objective types:
- Collect — obtain an item
- Submit — hand in an item (consumes it)
- XP —Submit xp points or levels
- Kill — defeat a mob
- Achieve — complete an advancement
- Effect — have a potion effect active
- Level — Detect players level (levelUP API required)
You can use one objective or multiple objectives in a single quest.
