Description
Adds a new block: Cave Chimes! They generate uncommonly deep underground and fill the surrounding area with unsettling ringing noises.
NOTE: Not only is this mod still in beta, but it's currently only in a semi-stable state for 1.12. More versions will hopefully be released soon. If you encounter any bugs, don't hesitate to leave a comment!

The Cave Chimes will generate at y = 16-35 by default, always attached to the bottom of a solid block. They can be obtained by breaking them with a pickaxe, through crafting, or by having a Witch kill a Creeper.
If they receive a redstone signal, the Cave Chimes will adjust their volume according to the signal strength, with a full signal disabling them altogether.

Features config options for customizing how these creepy windchimes behave in your world.
You can configure:
- Worldgen (y-levels, biomes/dimensions, frequency)
- Obtaining (block drops, silk touch requirement, crafting recipe, Creeper drops)
- Various client-side options (simplified model, local volume, local animation speed, and some technical stuff)
Credits go to C418 for the Cave Chimes sound loop.
