A chat utility mod!

Currently used commands:
/chatclear (used to clear the client-side chat history)
/chat color (sets your default text color in chat)
/chat style <bold/italic/underline/strikethrough/reset> (toggles specific styling options for your text)
/chat say (sends styled messages utilizing Discord-style markdown. You can use the * too.) 
/chat speak (narrates messages out loud using text-to-speech, Creative Mode only)
/chat pin (pins a message to save in your config list)
/chat unpin (removes a message from your pins)
/chat coords (shares clickable, copy-to-clipboard coordinates of your position)
/chat history (toggles persistent chat saving across client sessions)
/chat encode (sends your message with a encoding. Uses a ton of encodings and decodings.)
/chat glitch (sends a progressively stabilizing scrambled text effect. Only visible for people with Chatting Utilities)

This mod can be pretty useful for film making, doing some stuff or just clearing chat in general. Of course, f3 + d exists. Just to remind ya.
Also can be used to style text! Which isn't that cool? You can also use: word or word or word or word or color codes like &c without needing to use any command! Just use the formatting!
