Chaos Jump

Chaos Jump turns one of Minecraft’s simplest actions jumping into a completely unpredictable progression system. Every time you jump, the mod randomly selects an item from your inventory and gives that item a random enchantment. The first time an item is selected, its chosen enchantment starts at Level 1. If that same item is randomly selected again during a future jump, the enchantment increases to Level 2, then Level 3, Level 4, and so on indefinitely.

The key mechanic is that enchantments never randomly start at a high level. An item cannot suddenly receive Fortune 62 or Sharpness 100 on its first enchantment. It must be selected repeatedly over time, with each successful selection increasing its current enchantment level by exactly one. This creates a progression system where even an ordinary item can eventually become extremely powerful if it continues getting selected.

There is no maximum enchantment level. If you get lucky enough to keep selecting the same item, its enchantment can continue far beyond Minecraft’s normal limits. Fortune can reach levels such as Fortune 62, Sharpness can go far beyond Level 5, and other compatible enchantments can continue increasing without a predefined cap.

Because the selection is random, every jump can change your inventory in a different way. You might jump once and upgrade your sword, then jump again and improve your pickaxe, while your next jump could select a completely different item. Over time, your inventory becomes a collection of unpredictable, increasingly powerful enchanted items.

The result is a chaotic Minecraft experience where every jump matters. You never know which item will be selected, which enchantment it will receive, or which item will eventually become absurdly powerful. The more you jump, the more opportunities you have to build up your inventory but the progression is entirely driven by randomness.

Every jump. One random item. One random enchantment. One level stronger. No maximum. Infinite chaos.
