Endermen have been staring at you for years. Now it's your turn.

😱 What is this?

Grab a pair of shears, sneak up behind an Enderman and right-click.

If you're lucky, you walk away with its Ender Pearls – and the Enderman completely loses it. Arms in the air, eyes popping out of its head, it sprints around screaming for its life until it bleeds out.

If you're not lucky… it saw you coming. And it brought friends.

A sheared Enderman is a broken Enderman:

• 🙌 Arms straight up – flailing wildly
• 🌀 Runs around in random curves – but smart enough to dodge walls, cliffs, water and lava
• 😮 Mouth opens exactly while it screams – and snaps shut when it's quiet
• 👀 Bulging eyes – they pop out of its face, twitch, and grow every time it screams
• 🤯 Head shaking while screaming
• 📢 The weaker it gets, the more desperate it sounds – screams get louder, higher and more frequent
• 🩸 Bleeds out – purple particles, 1 heart every second
• 🚫 No more teleporting – there is no escape now

⚔️ Revenge

The End doesn't forget.

• 🔊 Every scream turns all Endermen within 32 blocks against the player who did it
• 🏃 If the Enderman escapes, it alarms the whole neighbourhood
• ⏱️ Cooldown: one attempt per player per minute
• 🔧 Shears lose 10–20 durability per attempt – successful or not

Requirements

• 🖥️ Install on client and server – the server tells the clients which Endermen to animate
• 🧵 Fabric: Fabric API required
• 🔨 Forge: nothing else needed
• 🔁 Sheared Endermen stay sheared after a world reload

❓ FAQ

Can I use it in a modpack? Yes. MIT license – go ahead.

Does it work in multiplayer? Yes. Install it on the server and on every client.

Can I shear the same Enderman twice? No. It has nothing left to give.

Why are the pearls called "Enderman Balls"? You know why.

Schleich dich an, Schere raus, Rechtsklick – und lauf.

Mit Glück bekommst du seine „Eier“ (2 Enderperlen), und der Enderman dreht durch: Arme hoch, Glubschaugen, Schreien um sein Leben. Mit Pech entkommt er – und alle Endermen in der Nähe wissen, wer es war.

Muss auf Client und Server installiert sein. Für Fabric zusätzlich die Fabric API.
