Description

Bring the excitement of Alpha Pokémon encounters to your Cobblemon world! Inspired by Pokémon Legends: Arceus and Cobblemon Alpha Project, Cobblemon Alphas Legacy introduces rare, larger, stronger wild Pokémon with crimson particles, glowing red eyes on supported models, and custom music.

At default settings, naturally spawning Pokémon have a 1% chance to become Alphas. These powerful Pokémon grow to 1.6 times their original size, gain 15 levels, capped at level 100, and receive at least three perfect IVs.

Watch for rising crimson particles and smoke as you explore. The Spotted! (Alpha Pokémon) track loops while a wild Alpha is nearby, switching to the Noble Pokémon battle medley during combat. Fleeing returns you to encounter music while an Alpha remains nearby.

Capture an Alpha to keep its increased size, level, and IVs. Its wild aura and eye glow disappear after capture. Customize spawn rarity, size, strength, visual effects, and music through the configuration.

Requires Minecraft Java 1.20.1, Forge 47.x, and Cobblemon 1.5.2, with Kotlin for Forge. Multiplayer requires installation on both server and clients.

Eye glow supports models with separate eye parts; texture-only eyes currently receive particles only. This is an independent addon inspired by Cobblemon Alpha Project.
