Copper Tooltips

A very simple mod that changes the names of copper blocks to the basic name of the block and adds the oxidation level and whether they're waxed to the tooltip.

An inventory full of copper. The cursor is hovering over a Waxed Exposed Cut Copper block, but the tooltip just says "Cut Copper" with two gray lines below: "Exposed" and "Waxed".
