Create: Big Pharma is a Create addon for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge) that focuses on pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemistry, and factory automation.

You'll begin in a small laboratory, researching molecular fragments and learning how different compounds work. As your knowledge grows, so does your factory. Before long you'll be running a fully automated pharmaceutical production line capable of manufacturing everything from everyday medicines to experimental compounds.

Extract molecular fragments from plants, minerals, and other materials, then analyze them to unlock new compounds. Every discovery is recorded in your Pharmacopoeia, gradually expanding your understanding of how medicines are made and what each ingredient contributes.

Some research unlocks familiar medications, while other discoveries lead to more advanced or experimental pharmaceuticals.

Medicines aren't just food items with potion effects.
