Description
What does this mod do?
This mod makes it so that you can wear the Engineer's Goggles from Create in a Curios head slot and still see the stress information overlay that you'd normally get when they're equipped in your armor head slot.
Why is this needed?
Newer versions of Create, mainly for Minecraft 1.18.2 and later, have support for Curios built-in. Older versions, notably those for Minecraft 1.16.5, do not. This mod aims to fill that gap.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why a FAQ? Isn't this a pretty simple mod?
A: Yes, very simple. Apparently the above wasn't enough text for the CurseForge moderators, though.
Q: Aren't there other mods that do this?
A: Yes and no. There are other mods similar to this which either add new items which act as a helmet and the Engineer's Goggles in one or simply let you put the Engineer's Goggles in a Curios head slot. Those mods either do not integrate with other mods (e.g. they only provide vanilla helmet + Engineer's Goggles combo items) or no longer work/are not being maintained.
Q: Which versions of Minecraft is this mod for?
A: 1.16.5 only.
Q: Which versions of Create is this mod for?
A: 0.3.2g only.
Q: Which versions of Curios is this mod for?
A: 4.1.0.0 or newer.
Q: Can you add feature X?
A: No. This mod has one purpose only and it already does that.
Q: How can I support you/your mods?
A: By using them! If you want to provide more direct support please consider using the PayPal link on this project page.
Q: Can I use this mod in modpacks?
A: Yes on the condition that you do not misrepresent the origin of this mod.
