Create: Nether Industry
This is an addon for the Create mod, aiming to establish a Create-styled production line centered around a Nether theme.
Features
"Soul Stripping" Fan Processing
- Reverts some soul-bound products to their original form and has a chance to yield a Soul Particle.
Soul Condenser
- A kinetic component that transforms fluids, converting Thin Soul Fluid into Thick Soul Syrup. You can also import custom fluid transformation recipes via datapacks.
Nylium Farmland
- Adds two types of Nylium Farmland, obtained by right-clicking the corresponding Nylium blocks with a hoe. They need to be irrigated with lava and support new corresponding crops.
- Golden Carrots can now be planted on any Nylium Farmland.
- Craft Blaze Twigs using Blaze Rods, Gold Blocks, and Saplings. They can only be planted on Crimson Nylium Farmland and produce Blaze Powder when mature.
- Wither Roses can now be planted on Warped Nylium Farmland, dropping several Wither Roses when mature.
Ensouled Tools
- Adds a new pickaxe and axe. They do not consume durability in the Nether, and their efficiency (mining/breaking speed) and damage are doubled there.
Nether-themed Crafting Recipes
- Skeleton Skulls and Wither Skeleton Skulls can now be crafted using Create's mechanical processes.
- Blaze Rods and Ghast Tears can be obtained through Sequenced Assembly.
Lava Speedboat
- Vehicle used to travel on the lava sea.
Fool's Gold
- Trading currencies that fooled the Piglin.
Lava-Stroke Engine
- A stress source usable in the Nether. Supplies lava to generate stress output.
JEI & Ponder
- JEI recipe integration and Ponder scenes have been added.
Future Plans
- More Nether-themed processing chains.
- A full set of equipment and tools suitable for Nether exploration and combat.
- Soul Potions with different "moods" and infinite duration.
- And other items and gameplay mechanics centered around the Nether Industry theme.
