Create: On the Move + Steam 'n' Rails Compat

A compatibility mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 that helps Create: On the Move and Create: Steam 'n' Rails work together.

🔧 What does it do?

Both mods can register moving interaction behaviours for the same blocks, which may cause duplicate registration errors and crash the game.

This mod aims to resolve those conflicts by combining duplicate moving interaction behaviour registrations, allowing both mods to coexist.
