Description
Resolves a client-side crash-to-desktop caused when client-side code in Create Radars tries to ping flying mounts of other players in multiplayer servers.
This is a mixin to tweak Create Radars so that it doesn't run monitorPlayerHovering for other players, only for the local player, and is only required on the client. It shouldn't do anything on a server. It's not a very smart fix, but it at least stops the crash to desktop when another player flies into range on their cobblemon.
