Description
🛟 Cruise Cruise no Mi
The professions and the island life of One Piece: Unlimited Cruise 2, for Mine Mine no Mi.
Fish the seas down to the Sea Kings, net the island's creatures, cook the game's dishes, forge the weapons nobody could make, sew the Straw Hats' outfits, build your crew a boat — and sell it all for Belly. Fourteen trades, each with its workstation, its perks, its titles and its advancements. And the world is lived in: One Piece villages and walled towns in five lands, with their people, their merchants and a flag to win, and events on land and at sea - a floating restaurant, a fishing tournament, a ghost ship in the fog, storms, falling stars. Names, recipes and art follow the game.
🧪 Beta
Everything is playable, but numbers — how often the events come, what they carry and pay — may still move with your feedback.
📦 Requirements
| Minecraft | 1.20.1 |
| Forge | 47 or newer |
| Mine Mine no Mi | 0.11.5 |
| AkumaLib | 4.3.0 or newer — the latest one |
| JEI / EMI | optional — recommended: every workstation, fish, creature and find shows in them |
Client and server.
⚠️ Update AkumaLib first. Cruise 0.4.0 needs AkumaLib 4.3.0: with an older one the game does not start, and Forge's screen says which version is asked for.
🧭 Solo or Crew
- Solo (single player): every trade is yours.
- Crew (dedicated servers): each player chooses one trade in Mine Mine no Mi's character creator — and needs the others. The Fisher's catch goes to the Cook, the Miner's ore to the Blacksmith, the Hunter's creatures to the Chemist.
A Potion of Forgetting lets a Crew player change trade, starting over.
⚓ Fourteen trades
| Trade | Workstation | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| 🎣 Fisher | — | 37 fish with their sizes, by biome and depth, down to the lava. Better rods. The Sea Kings. |
| 🦋 Hunter | Tannery | Some thirty creatures, caught with the net or in traps, and from level 30 the base mod's big game. Leather, bait, lures. |
| 🍎 Farmer | — | Seven fruit trees, plantations, golden orchards in the sky, harvests of quality. |
| 🍳 Cook | Kitchen | The game's 29 dishes, in three qualities, each with a meal buff. |
| 🔧 Inventor | Workshop | Reels, sieves, nets, traps and their parts, dials, the Clima-Tacts, instruments. |
| ⚗️ Chemist | Laboratory | Remedies, powders and battle balls — up to the Rumble Ball. |
| ⛏️ Miner | Masonry | Finds in the rock, from Iron Scrap to diamonds. |
| 🪓 Lumberjack | — | The story's trees: the Kuuigosu, the Burning Tree, the colossal Treasure Tree Adam. |
| 🪚 Carpenter | Shipyard | Boats of four hulls and four shapes, hull parts, lockers, the Auction House. |
| ⚔️ Blacksmith | Forge | The base mod's weapons nobody could make, up to Brook's Soul Solid. |
| 🧵 Tailor | Sewing Table | A hundred hats, capes and masks, every character outfit, the boats' sails. |
| 💰 Merchant | — | Better prices, contracts, the Auction House, treasure hunts. |
| 🧭 Navigator | Chart Table | Log Pose, Barometer, Sounding Lead, Sea Charts, the Eternal Pose, a log book of the world. |
| 🎻 Musician | Music Stand | Scores played on a flute, a violin, a guitar or a grand piano, to buff the whole crew. |
A guide book, handed to every player, says where to start and has a chapter for each trade. Every trade climbs at the same pace, with perks along the way. Its page in the profession book (K) shows what each level unlocks. At levels 25, 50, 75 and 100 it gives a title — Chef of the Baratie, Soul King, Galley-La Foreman… — to wear after your name.
🏘️ Villages and towns
One Piece villages rise in five lands, each in its land's own look and each with its name: timber and brick in the plains, sandstone and domes in the desert, spruce and stone under the snow, acacia and fired clay in the savanna, logs and rough stone in the taiga. A market square with a well and a bell, a tavern, trade buildings, houses, a town hall — and by the water a port, a shipyard and a lighthouse. They replace Minecraft's own villages (a setting brings those back).
- People — fishermen, farmers, craftsmen, townspeople and children, dressed for their land, live there and have their day: at work, on the square at noon, at the tavern in the evening where a musician plays, home at night. They talk to you, and to each other.
- They know who you are — a pirate with a big bounty gets a wary word, a Marine is welcome. Strike a villager, break the village's walls or take a boat from the port and it closes to you.
- The notice board — five small orders every morning, paid in Belly and in XP for the trade, and the news: every event running nearby, and where.
- A village mends itself — whatever broke it, it puts itself back block by block once the fight is over. And a village can die: kill its people faster than new ones move in, and nobody comes to live there again.
- Whose village — the Marines keep a post in some, a pirate crew its blockhouse or its ship in others, the Revolutionaries a camp in the woods; the flag on the town hall says who.
- A village under your flag — a crew, the Marines or the Revolutionaries can win a village: by trust, with good turns done to it; by fear, a pirate captain with a great bounty; by force, from those who hold it. It pays a rent into the town hall's coffer and gives your group a discount. Then it has to be kept: enemies raid it, and on a server other players can assault it.
Towns. One place in four is a town: twice a village's houses, a workshop of every trade, and a wall with its gates.
- Guards live at the barracks, walk their round of the gates and fight the monsters, whoever strikes a townsman — and beside you when your town is raided.
- The market hall — the five merchants are always there, with heavier purses and more orders, and a Merchant can rent a stall that sells for him while he is away.
- The inn — take a room, sleep, and rise Rested: more XP in every trade for the day.
- The warehouse — orders in bulk for the Fisher, the Hunter, the Miner, the Farmer and the Cook.
Now and then something happens in a village near you — announced in the chat, told on the notice boards and sold as rumours by the barkeepers:
- A concert on the square — a stage, a travelling musician and the villagers as an audience. Step onto the stage: a tune played there is worth twice its XP.
- A fever — a doctor sets up on the square with a list of remedies. Bring the Chemist's work to cure the village, and its merchants thank you with lower prices.
- A swordsmith from Wano — he forges the base mod's named blades on commission, up to the Great Grade ones, from a blade a Blacksmith made.
- A fishing tournament — a judge on the quay names the catch of the day: bring him your biggest for a medal, and the day's best takes the trophy, the fish itself mounted on a plaque.
🌊 Events out in the world
Now and then, near a player — announced in the chat too:
- The merchant ship — one of five merchant houses drops anchor for a day, each with its own ship, colours and figurehead. Climb aboard for the best of every stall and big orders from every trade. Its crew leaves you alone… until you help yourself from the hold.
- The floating restaurant — a restaurant ship in the shape of a fish, with its guests, its pianist and its waiters. Its head chef holds a cooking contest: beat his dish of the day for the gold.
- A Sea King surfaces — it roams off a coast for two days, and goes for whoever sails out onto its water.
- A wreck adrift — a merchant's ship, masts snapped, hold flooded, sinking a day later. Most are picked over; the ones a Sea King circles still hold their cargo, and now and then a Devil Fruit box.
- A ship in distress — run aground, her captain asks for planks, wool and iron. Everyone can help; she is rebuilt before your eyes, and those who brought most are thanked from her hold.
- The fog of the Florian Triangle — at nightfall a fog falls over a stretch of sea. Somewhere in it a ghost ship drifts, her bell tolling, guarded by pirates. At dawn she is gone.
- A storm at sea — local, seen from afar by its lightning: hard on weak hulls, and the rare fish bite three times as often. The Navigator's Barometer foretells it.
- A school of fish, a creature migration — one fish or one creature in numbers for a day, bigger or rarer than usual: the day to beat a record or fill the Bestiary.
- A falling star — a streak across the night sky, a column of smoke, and a meteorite of Kairoseki ore with a Star Fragment at its heart, for a master Miner.
🐉 A few highlights
- Sea Kings — a shadow under the water, a fight on the line, and a trophy worth a fortune.
- Boats — Kuuigosu, Burning Tree and Adam hulls, a ram, iron plating, a sail you can see, a Burst Dial to leap out of trouble.
- Treasure hunts — torn maps in wrecks, in bottles and on the merchants' stalls. A Merchant deciphers them; the X leads to a chest, and now and then to a Devil Fruit box.
- The Navigator's instruments — a Log Pose set on a kind of land, a Barometer that tells you when the storm breaks, Sea Charts marked with the nearest Marine base, an Eternal Pose calibrated on your home.
- Music — hold a score and play: the flute at your lips, the violin under your chin, the guitar in both hands, or sit at a grand piano, and your crew gets the tune's buff. Four lost tunes are learned only from score recipes found in chests and on stalls.
🪙 Merchants and Belly
Five merchants set up at the stalls of the villages' market squares, under the towns' market halls, and in the wild — the Fishmonger, the Hunting Merchant, the Travelling Cook, the Prospector and the Materials Trader — and buy what the trades make. Each brings contracts that pay above the market. The Auction House is one market for the whole server.
📖 Collections
- The Bestiary — every fish and creature you catch, with record sizes.
- The log book — every land and every place you set foot in.
Both pay rewards as you fill them. 200 advancements, a tab per trade.
⚙️ Configuration
config/inocruise-common.toml— how often the merchants and every event come (each can be turned off), whether villages can be damaged, whether Minecraft's own villages still appear, whether the guide is handed out, and which of the base mod's recipes stay on the crafting table.serverconfig/akumalib-server.toml(AkumaLib) — Solo or Crew, and how fast each trade levels.
⚠️ Some of the base mod's crafting recipes move to the trades (weapons to the Blacksmith, Clima-Tacts to the Inventor, the Umbrella, Medic Bag and Flag to the Tailor). The config puts them back.
