Wrath of Paimon is an addon for Cult of Azazel that brings a new boss, huge structure, and questlines to the Nether.

Explore Paimon’s castle, meet its inhabitants, and challenge its ruler.

The castle also offers:

  • A spy whose quest lets you choose where your loyalty lies.
  • A blacksmith who can forge equipment affixes and offer jobs.
  • A wizard’s quest to obtain a summonable moth familiar.
  • New items, rewards, and dialogue tied to your decisions.
