Minecraft Custom Rich Presence is a simple mod to allow servers authors to add a custom rich presence status when players plays on their server(s).

Installation:
First of all, make sure you have created an application on theDiscord Developer Panel.
- Download the mod here.
- Add the mod to your game (in mods/ folder)
- Launch the game one time to generate the config file.
