Cute Aggression Power

Overview

Ever looked at a baby zombie and thought "I wish I could put that energy to good use"? Now you can. The Cute Aggression Power Mod lets you capture baby hostile mobs and put them to work on tiny hamster wheel treadmills, generating Forge Energy for your base. It's ethically questionable, adorable, and surprisingly effective.

How It Works

Place down a treadmill and capture a baby hostile mob using a Baby Container. Right-click the treadmill with a filled container, and your little prisoner will start running. Each treadmill generates 40 FE/t while occupied. Not much on its own, but these things scale.

Multiblock Scaling

Treadmills placed next to each other form multiblock structures, up to 3 wide, 3 tall, and 6 deep. The more treadmills you connect, the more power each one generates — the scaling is exponential, not linear. Fill an entire structure with the same type of baby mob and you'll get a same-mob bonus that doubles the output. Mix and match if you want, you just won't get that bonus.

Sugar Rush

Feed sugar to any treadmill in a multiblock and the entire structure gets a 25% power boost for two minutes per sugar. You can store up to 64 sugar at a time. Works with hoppers and pipes too, so you can automate it.

Supported Mobs

Baby Zombies, Baby Husks, Baby Drowned, Baby Zombified Piglins, and Baby Zombie Villagers can all be captured and put to work. Each one generates the same base power, so pick your favourite (or whichever is most annoying).

Redstone Control

A redstone signal to any treadmill stops it from generating power. Useful if you want to throttle your output or build something clever with comparators — the treadmill outputs a comparator signal based on how full its energy buffer is.

Energy Output

Treadmills push their energy directly to adjacent blocks and pipes. They work with Pipez, Ender IO conduits, and any other mod that accepts Forge Energy. No special configuration needed, just place your pipe next to the treadmill.

Crafting

The treadmill and containers are craftable with basic materials. Check JEI for the recipes.

A Rumour Among Explorers

Legends say there is something ancient lurking in the dark. Something small. Something fast. Those who have encountered it and lived speak of a creature whose energy output dwarfs anything on the surface. Whether this is true or just a story told by miners who stayed underground too long, nobody can say for certain.
