About

Description

Discover unique items, weapons, structures, creatures and more! From the creatures and blades of Game of Thrones with their own unique models, effects, animations and Better Combat/Simply Swords compatability, to the monsterous Clickers of the Last of Us.

This mod focuses on encouraging exploration with hard-to-find items and structures, as well as a Soldier system that also encourages looting even of regular vanilla structures. These soldiers can be given equipment, teams, skins and even curios accessories!

Required Mods: Curios API, Geckolib

Recommended Mods: JEI, SimplySwords, BetterCombat

Mobs:

The Clicker - A lethal enemy that uses sound to detect enemies. Clickers are very rare overworld spawns except on Mushroom Islands. They also appear in a rare structure and sometimes drop unique loot.

The Clicker - Fit with custom model, animations and SFX

The Direwolf - A tame-able, ride-able creature that begins feral and hungry, but once sufficiently fed and given a unique direbone treat, they may become tamed. They can then be stored for easy access, ridden at quick speeds, or used as an escort like vanilla dogs.

A wild Direwolf.

White Walkers - These undead creatures can be found in snowy biomes and are extremely resilient. Discover their unique weaknesses to make dealing with them much easier, but beware as they are still dangerous in numbers and can use both mounts and equipment.

A patrol of White Walkers.

Technically the puppet could be a mob too

Fealty Soldiers:

Find Fealty Scrolls in vanilla structures, and place them to summon your own Fealty Soldier. These Soldiers can be shift-right-clicked to open their Soldier Screen, which allows you to set a wide range of settings(listed below). Fealty Scrolls will also list the rarity, traits and name of the soldier. Common Soldiers can rarely have Tier 2 traits, but usually have 1-2 Tier 1 traits, and so on and so forth for Common, Rare and Legendary soldiers. Legendary soldiers have a small chance to have the legendary Tier 4 traits to set them apart!

Combine a Fealty Scroll with 2 sticks to create a Fealty Staff, which can be bound to a team, and then used to tie an unbound soldier to your staff's team. Then you can use this staff to set team-wide settings for your soldiers, and have them move to protect you or a designated area in a customizable formation.

Also try giving your fealty soldiers TNT to hold

Fealty Soldier Settings:

    • Aggro Range (How far they will scan for hostile creatures)
    • Guard/Patrol/Escort (Guard will stay still at the current location, Patrol will require you to right click several blocks to set them as 'patrol points' and the soldier will then move between those blocks, Escort follows you)
    • Walk/Mount (Mount means they will search for the nearest Mount-able thing and sit on it, typically a horse, but could be a boat or minecart or something else too! Walk means they will not do this)
    • Equipment: Equip armor, mainhand and offhand items, a banner that will appear as a cape, and six curio slots(currently 2 hands, 2 rings and a necklace)
    • Name and Skin (Set the name of the guard to whatever you want and toggle visibility of the soldier's nameplate and team nameplate. You can also set the skin to one of 6 default soldier skins, or input any player name to grab their skin and apply it to the soldier. This also means there is a toggle for Wide and Slim, to change between the thicker or thinner arm skins if you see the black lines on the arms)
    • Protect/Ignore (Protect will attack any nearby hostile mobs, ignore ignores them)
    • At Peace/At War (At Peace links to the teams system, any soldiers at peace will not attack player or soldiers on opposite teams, At War means they will attack)
    • PvE/PvP (Similar to the above setting, PvE just means the soldier will ignore players linked to an enemy team, whereas PvP will make them attack player on enemy teams. NOTE: There is currently no way to make a Fealty Soldier automatically attack any other players, all hostile player names must be added to an enemy team)
    • Creepers (This is a toggle specifically for attacking creepers. If you have this off, the soldier will not attack creepers, if its on, they will. This is so that you can prevent your guardsmen from blowing up every creature that wanders into town)
    • Teams System (Create teams, add soldiers to these teams, add players to the team[allowing them to add soldiers and players to the team as well], and set enemy teams, which will allow for soldier combat[depending on above settings])
