Description
DeathClip
No more "I should've been recording" after getting one-tapped. As long as OBS has the replay buffer running, the clip saves itself.
Other triggers you can turn on in the config:
- Get kill
- Get an advancement
- HP drops below X hearts
- Manual keybind (F8 by default)
All toggleable. Off by default except death, kills, and the manual key.
Requirements:
- OBS 28+ with Replay Buffer enabled and WebSocket server on (Tools → WebSocket Server Settings)
- Fabric API
- Client-side only
Quick setup:
- In OBS: enable the Replay Buffer and the WebSocket server on port 4455
- Click "Start Replay Buffer" before you play
- Die
Config file is at .minecraft/config/deathclip.json if you want to change the OBS port, password, or tweak the triggers.
