Display Link Controller

A Create add-on for combining readings from multiple threshold switches into one mechanical controller.

Features

• Collect inputs from Create Display Links attached to threshold switches.
• Choose average fill percentage or total item count as the controller's aggregate output.
• See each connected input's label, reading and brass fill bar in the controller screen.
• Output two rows per input to a Create display board: a labeled reading and a pixel-flap progress bar.
• Enable, disable or remove inputs individually.
• Threshold switches automatically face an adjacent controller when placed.
• Six authored brass brain pieces animate in a single 0.3-second wave when a signal arrives.

Requirements

Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47, and Create 6.0.8. Install the mod on both client and server. Create: Connected and Create: Power Loader are optional companion mods, not requirements.

Setup

1. Put a threshold switch on each storage block you want to monitor.
2. Attach a display link to each switch and target the Display Link Controller.
3. Open the controller to review inputs and select average-fill or total-count output.
4. To display all inputs on a flap board, attach an output link directly to the controller and select Connected Inputs + Fill Bars. An output link on a threshold switch watching the controller can instead use Controller Inputs / Threshold Value.
5. Allow two board rows per input. Two inputs need four rows: a board at least two blocks tall.

The controller can read any supported threshold-switch input; it does not change storage capacities or automatically load distant chunks.

Adds the brass-tier crafting recipe. Includes 0.1.1's threshold placement, per-input synchronized readings, fill bars, and multi-row board output.

The mod references the frame, tray and texture resources supplied by your installed Create mod. No Create texture files or frame geometry are bundled in this release. Authored controller code and brain geometry are MIT licensed.
