Description
Simply halves the damage dealt by axes. Specifically any item which counts as an axe *tool*.
I've also created a more configurable mod based on this concept: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/item-damage-rebalancer
Yes, you can use it in your modpack if you want (MIT license).
