DragonColonies is a bridge mod for Minecolonies and Book of Dragons. This mod adds new buildings, jobs, and dragon mechanics to your colony.

Primary Features

• Dragon Roost: A building to store, feed, and manage your dragons.
• Dragon Rider Job: A guard job where citizens fly on dragons to protect the colony.
• Beastmaster Job: A citizen job to heal, feed, and care for stored dragons.
• Fire Station: A building where firefighters put out fires in the colony.

Dragon Flight Mechanics

Dragon riders hover directly over the dragon during flight. The animation system aligns the citizen movement with the 3D saddle bone of the dragon in real time. Riders stay in position during flight, patrols, and aerial combat. When a guard sleeps or needs a new tool, the guard returns the dragon to the roost.

Dragon Management and Care

The Dragon Roost module stores dragon data, health, and hunger. The Beastmaster uses food from colony storage to heal injured or hungry dragons.

If a stored dragon starves, the dragon loses its trust. A dragon without trust breaks its tame state and escapes from the roost into the world.

Tools

Use the bound Roost Pointer item to select your tamed dragons and send them directly to the roost storage.
