Drive Minecarts Anywhere
Turn minecarts into fully drivable vehicles that can leave the rails, climb hills, and move freely around the world.
It uses the same driving system as Omichall's Driving Boats, adapted specifically for minecarts, making it useful for cars, trains, race tracks, or custom vehicle resource packs.
Features
- Drive minecarts freely without rails
- Camera-based steering
- Smooth acceleration and coasting
- Climb hills and obstacles up to around 1.5 blocks
- Adjustable top speed up to 100 b/s / 360 km/h / 224 mph
- Optional jumping
- Optional Realistic Driving mode with P / R / N / D gears
- Adjustable realistic acceleration
- Speedometer with multiple units
- Optional compact driving HUD
- Automatic return to vanilla minecart behaviour on rails
- Server-wide enable / disable controls
- Compatible with Minecraft 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3
When a driven minecart stays on rails continuously for about 5 seconds, it is handed back to vanilla minecart physics until it leaves the rails again.
