I always wanted to fly around my Minecraft world like with a real FPV drone, so I built a mod for it.

You build your drone yourself in the Assembly Table: a frame, four motors, a battery, a camera and an antenna. Once it's together you link it with the controller, your character sits down, and you're looking through the drone's camera. There's a normal mode if you just want to cruise around, and an FPV-Pro mode that flies more like an actual racing drone (takes some practice).

How far you can fly depends on your render distance. If the battery runs low the drone flies back to you by itself, and if it runs empty it just sinks down slowly, so it won't drop like a rock.

Frames
Mk1 is aluminum, Mk2 is titanium and Mk3 is carbon fiber, which you make from carbon and a plant that grows on grass and sand. Everything you put on the drone has weight, so if you go heavy with a minigun and full bags you'll need a better frame.

Weapons and bombs
You can hang a handgun or a minigun under the drone, or drop bombs. The white phosphorus bomb sets everything on fire, so maybe don't test that near your base. Both guns also work in your hand. Drones can crash though. When that happens the parts fly everywhere, some of them break and the frame is gone. Broken parts can be fixed in the Smithing Forge with repair kits.

Logistics drone
This one doesn't need a pilot. You set a pickup and a delivery container on a Logistics Card, build it into the drone and hit start on your tablet. It then just flies back and forth. Put a hopper under the delivery container and your stuff goes straight into your storage.

There's also a new set of ores (aluminum, titanium, carbon, lithium, and phosphor in the Nether), silicon pearls on the ocean floor, and a Weapon Workbench for guns and ammo. Right-click a landed drone with an empty hand to see its status and open its bags.

Every player gets the Book of Drone on their first join, it explains the rest.

Requirements
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge
- GeckoLib
- JEI (optional, but you'll want it for the recipes)
Should also run on NeoForge 1.20.1, but I haven't tested that much yet.

Modpacks
Feel free to put it in your modpack. Just please credit me somewhere people can actually see it, like the description or the mod list.
All models, textures and animations were made by me for this mod. Please don't take them for other projects without asking me first.

Bugs
It's still in development, so things can break. If you find something, tell me the mod version, what happened, and the error code if one showed up in chat. Updates are made so you don't lose items from older versions.

Ich wollte in Minecraft eine Drohne fliegen wie eine echte FPV-Drohne, und daraus ist diese Mod entstanden.

Du baust sie im Assembly Table aus Frame, vier Motoren, Batterie, Kamera und Antenne zusammen, verbindest sie mit dem Controller und schaust dann durch ihre Kamera. Im normalen Modus fliegt sie entspannt, im FPV-Pro-Modus wie eine richtige Renndrohne. Wird der Akku knapp, kommt sie von selbst zurück.

Es gibt drei Frames aus Aluminium, Titan und Carbon Fiber. Alles, was du anbaust, hat Gewicht, also brauchst du für eine Minigun mit vollen Taschen ein stärkeres Frame. Neben Handgun und Minigun kannst du auch Bomben abwerfen. Stürzt die Drohne ab, sind ein paar Teile kaputt und das Frame ist weg. Repariert wird in der Smithing Forge.

Die Logistik-Drohne fliegt ohne dich zwischen zwei Containern hin und her. Die Route legst du mit einer Logistics Card fest, gestartet wird übers Tablet.

Dazu kommen neue Erze, Silicon Pearls am Meeresgrund und eine Faserpflanze. Beim ersten Joinen bekommt jeder das Book of Drone, da steht alles genauer drin.

Benötigt Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge und GeckoLib, JEI ist empfehlenswert. Auf NeoForge sollte es auch laufen, ist aber kaum getestet.

In Modpacks darf die Mod gerne rein, nennt mich dann bitte sichtbar als Autor. Modelle, Texturen und Animationen sind von mir, bitte nicht ohne Nachfrage woanders verwenden.
