Satsu's Iron Man - DS Expansion

I created this add-on in my own style, which I call Dark Tech, a personal aesthetic and vision of futuristic, experimental technology with exclusive designs. This style defines the appearance and design of all the elements I add, giving a unique visual identity within the ecosystem of Satsu's Iron Man Addon, while preserving its original style and survival-oriented gameplay, as all items are fully obtainable in-game.

The cornerstone of the mod is the Iron Man Mark 52-D, whose aesthetic and design inspire all the content included. The main element of the mod is the NP-D52 (Nanopolymer D52), a material created by me that serves as the foundation for armors, tools, devices, and blocks, defining the functional and visual identity of the add-on.

In addition to armors, I have incorporated elements from the Marvel universe, such as Black Widow’s Widow’s Bite or Falcon Wings, reimagined in the Dark Tech aesthetic. The mod is designed to continue expanding: I plan to add more armors, suits, tools, weapons, and devices from other characters and of course my own creations, always following my own Dark Tech vision.

Thanks to compatibility with other mods like Adastra, Cosmic Horizons, Alex Caves, Pugmeowla's Infinity Stone core and Herbs of Wakanda the content can interact with new environments, powers, abilities and resources, expanding gameplay possibilities while maintaining coherence with Satsu’s original mod. This add-on is a modular expansion, offering new crafting, equipment, and customization options, enhancing the survival experience while keeping the essence of the original add-on.

I would like to give special thanks to Satsu, the creator of the original mod, for his support and for providing the tools and foundation necessary to develop this add-on. Without his guidance and work, this project would not have been possible.

Universe-052 was different.

In that reality, Anthony Edward Stark was not the only mind capable of reshaping the future through technology.

Alongside him stood another architect of progress: Dark.

He was not merely an employee of Stark Industries, nor just another engineer. Dark acted as Tony Stark’s right hand — a technological mind on his level and, in certain fields, potentially even beyond him. While Stark mastered pure innovation, Dark specialized in what he defined as the future of adaptive systems: energy control, technological evolution, and the fusion between nanotechnology and classical mechanical structures.

Within Stark Industries, Dark founded and led his own technological branch: Dark Tech.

Unlike conventional Stark systems, Dark Tech operated under a different philosophy:

Technology must not remain static.
It must evolve, adapt, integrate, and survive.

Under this ideology, Dark designed multiple advanced armors and systems, including the Mark 52-D, a platform conceived not only as a weapon, but as a self-adaptive technological armor capable of handling unstable energy sources and integrating with external systems.

For years, Dark operated alongside Iron Man as his closest ally and field operative.

Until Tony Stark died.

Following Stark’s final will, control of Stark Industries was transferred to Dark. But inheriting the company also meant inheriting the armor, the responsibility, and the symbol Iron Man had left behind.

Dark refused to become another Tony Stark.

Instead, he forged a new identity.

Additionally, in his original universe, Dark once studied advanced cosmic energy systems, analyzing their interaction with containment technology and adaptive nanostructures. This research laid the foundation for early experimental systems such as the NP-D52 Gauntlet, capable of partial synchronization with high-level energy sources (Infinity Stones from Pugmeowlas's compat).
